I recently had to have extensive dental work done. Dr. Cohen, April, Matthew, Jackie…the entire team were amazing! Before my experience with Dr. Cohen, I was terrified of the dentist. Now that fear is completely gone. I cannot thank them enough. I actually got to a point that the dentist was enjoyable…something I NEVER thought possible. Thank you Dr. Cohen and the whole team! I’m so grateful and smiling bigger than ever! - Nicole

Dr. Cohen & her team are great. I had to get two cavities filled today.. Dr.Cohen and her assistant, April made it such a relaxing and fun environment. They really care about their patients. I am genuinely excited to go to my appointments!

Dr. Cohen took over this dental practice a couple years ago. (Lucky us!) Always a scary time when your dentist says, "I'm selling the practice". Well, she assured us the practice was being taken over by a wonderful, competent dentist and that we would be in good hands. She wasn't kidding. Dr. Cohen is all those things and then some! Smart, knowledgeable, skilled, leaves no stone unturned and just caring, kind, compassionate and thoughtful beyond words. She truly has her patient's best interest at heart and promotes well-being. I highly recommend this practice! Not only is Dr. Cohen a gem, but the office staff is friendly and knowledgeable as well as the hygienists are competent and give a great cleaning!

Questions & Answers

Why do I require dental examinations?

Hello Jovan! The dental examination is benefitting you in so many ways. During the exam the doctor will examine the extra oral tissue to see if there are any problems with the jaw joints, muscles, lymph nodes or anything else that looks suspicious. The next step will be to check if there are any pathologies inside the mouth - the soft tissue gums, under and above the tongue- areas where oral cancer is usually located. Oral cancer is very deadly, rarely painful and is usually discovered that way. Other pathologies can be found on the teeth themselves such as cavities, faulty dental treatments, occlusion problems, esthetic concerns and so on. The dental exam is crucial to our health and needs to be done twice a year in order to make sure we are in good shape. I hope I answered your question. Please don't hesitate to reach out again should you have further questions or concerns. Thank you, Dr C.
