Thanks for the ridiculous comment William. My apologies for protecting your account from unauthorized users. The rules are the rules! It's interesting how we get bashed for being understaffed and protecting our customers accounts. We employees at the Spectrum Webster location actually put the time, care, and energy in to our customers in efforts of giving them an excellent experience and customer satisfaction. The gratitude and appreciation from majority of my customers is enough for me. So I send my thank you to those that appreciate the service that we provide here at Spectrum Webster.

Phil was rude and unhelpful. He refused my wife service and made no attempt to fix the issue, after making her wait over a half hour. He just cost Spectrum a customer. If that is how Spectrum wants their company represented, fine. If not, fire him and hire better people. If you don't want service like this, Get Direct T.V. , that way you don't end up with a 'Phil'
