Order new tires on a Monday and would be at the store on Tuesday. Told employee that Wednesday would be better. I had an 8:00 appointment and when I showed up the tires weren't at the store. I was told come back in the afternoon and my tires would be there then. Don't think I'm going use Dunn Tire in the future.

Took my car to this place and the people were not very friendly. I was looking to get the aliment tested thinking that the previous check and tires were under warranty (which was less then a year old for both, mind you) Well unbeknownst to me since I did my own tire rotation apparently that voids their warranty. Even though there was NOTHING STATING they are the ones that needed to do the service, to keep the warranty. Plus they were willing to look at it after the fact.
