Icircle doesn’t care about accommodating disabilities will rather get rid of you as a client than to deal with you. They continue to give me non working numbers!!!How can I call if it says phone number is not in use or this call cannot be completed!!!

Have trouble when i call long period of times getting through have you on hold mucj to long often messes up dates for for appts other than that im ok with them they should have more operators to answer phones you be on hold for ever and it take a long time for them to get thing done would not recommend if i knew a better place i would be gone

After waiting on hold for 1 hour for my call to be taken, I ended up hanging up disappointed and frustrated. I was given an appointment on an emergency basis. Being a diabetic and on blood thinners, this appointment is very necessary. Because it was less than 3 days away, they turned me down for transportation saying the type of appointment didn’t qualify. I was asked to reschedule. Excuse me; when you are on the cancellation list you take what you can get. The person who transports me said he didn’t need the 3 days. It’s I Circle who said my podiatry appointment didn’t qualify. My toenails are curling under and starting to go back into my toes. Maybe if they had broken skin and went back in, got infected, and I had to have amputation, it would qualify.

Repite is a benefit for members of iCircle.

My mother is enrolled with i circle ....her care was suppose to start today ....i thought....havent heard anything....am i suppose to meet with the help...????..

No. You have to schedule with them, then they set up in-home appointment. They go by the month.
