My dad was at this facility and all I can say is that nurse Ms Ranee wykoff is a terrible nurse she was so rude to us when we would ask questions my dad was always in pain but was prescribed pain meds but he said he never got them I just don’t understand how this lady is still working there I don’t recommend this place to anyone.

My dad had the worst experience recovering from a broken hip at LECOM senior living. I don’t even know where to begin! He was there for almost 2 months and had 2 baths ( we complained daily and nothing was done). He was left in his bed or wheel chair for long periods of time. He ended up getting Covid while there and had to quarantine for 14 days in his room which makes no sense, since quarantine guidelines at the time were 5 days. They didn’t even test him daily after he was tested positive, instead they just let him sit in his room for 14 days. His bedding was never washed while there. He would call for assistance for someone to help him to use the bathroom and no one one would come, causing him to soil in his bed. They were short staff. The communication between staff and our family was non existent.
