This is the WORST Target, ever. Staff and managers here have no idea what they are doing! I’ve had 5 terrible experiences here now either at customer service or at the register with issues. I never ever ever ever have issues at other Targets. Bunch of rude young people running the place who clearly never heard of “the customer is always right.” Instead, they will blame you, the customer, for their mistakes. It’s ridiculous! It truly is! I’m done shopping here.

Rise Up

Not too happy with the winter range this year. There are always short sweaters and short shirts and nothing really was fashionable or anything fit to wear on a very cold winter day. The black history range is also very limited. As an African I a feel it’s insulting that it is winter and the black history month range only has little tshirts (also during winter) I would gladly love to be on the panel that selects this range, and to get more items that celebrate true African pride and heritage in the store. A really sad range of clothing.

Ryan Doll

Ryan the associate in electronics at the Yorkville, Il store. He made my daughters Christmas. We bought her a Nintendo switch for Christmas from a competitor and it was broken. The other stores only answer was they were out and we could get our money back or a replacement in 30 days. When I called the Yorkville store Ryan said they did not have any and he could have ended the call at that time but he did not. He helped me find a store with one and connected me with them. I have a 10 year old that has gone from heartbroken to being on top of the world happy today and the credit goes to Ryan for going above and beyond.

I love the store but found that there are not enough clothing items for older folks. I am 71 and only buy gifts for my kids and grandkids. You forgot about us. We supported you when we were younger and now we don't count.
