Actually I believe they only have public wifi in the cafe area, I'm not to sure but I do not think they have a booster

The wifi is store wide, but you do have to sign in to it. ALL targets are this way.

Thw Wi-Fi should go through the whole store . You have to sign on to it, but it's free and covers the store.
