1. I only gave it a 2 star cause I’m told Google deletes 1 star ratings. 2. I saw the other comments after I booked the load, even contemplated if I should cancel this load after seeing all the 1 star. But I was like nah, maybe it won’t happen to me. But for the love of money, cancel your load if your picking up here or ask for double the rate you booked it for . My appointment was 3pm. Came here at 10 am , it is now 630 pm and shipping department is not even answering their phone anymore. And it not like there is bunch of trucks waiting, it’s 2 other trucks here. SAVE YOURSELF AND DONT BE HOPEFUL LIKE I WAS. RUN RUN RUN till you can’t run anymore.
