Best service experience!!!! Candice met me at the gate and showed me the unit before doing any kind of paperwork, she inquired to see if there was anything else they might be able to help me with because I'm moving, she made sure that the services I was provided with were going to cover everything I needed. She made sure the unit was clean. It's a secure location with heated units. I'm pretty happy 😊 thanks Candice!

I rented a 8'x10' unit at this storage facility. Everything seemed to be going ok, decent prices, friendly staff, etc... Until I randomly received a call from them telling me they thought it was suspicious that me and a couple near by units all had the same lock. They had took it upon themselves to place one of their locks on it and said I had to come down during office hours to get them to take it off. Super weird. But then a few days later I get a call saying that they are cancelling my contract and I had 9 days to get everything out of my unit. They offered no explanation at all. They just kept saying " It's in the contract" but offered no explanation as to what was in the contract that they were referring too. Very frustrating and a huge inconvenience. Terrible customer service in my opinion. We moved our belongings to a competitor down the street and we are way happier.

Candice In the office helped my parents and I get our unit, and it was a very good experience. She had great costumer service, was very knowledgeable, and we had over and beyond expectation with her help. Super friendly, and made my rental experience here great! Thank you Candice!

If I could give them a negative 5 stars I would. Worst customer service I've ever encountered. The manager's only solution to water getting in my unit was to hang up a packet of Dry-It. I left complaints with her staff, in a voice mail as well as emails but I only received one voice mail from her in return. And talking to her in person was a waste of time. She pretty much dismissed my complaint about water in my unit. I had to squeegee the floor 3 different times and had to pay for a bag of spill absorber and absorbent pads to prevent the puddling from getting to the other side of the unit. They refused to refund my money and wanted to charge me more for getting a different unit. So I sent an email with pictures attached to an administrator and I have yet to hear back from anyone. So I moved out and rented a unit from Planet Storage. They were helpful and explained that if something similar would happen on their property, that I'd be getting a different unit and some free rent for the inconvenience. And that the unit in question would get immediate maintenance scheduled and then be quarantined for 6 months to make sure that the issue would be resolved. Even while I was moving my belongings out of the unit at U-Store, I had water from the ceiling drip down on everything. If I hadn't bagged things up in plastic or used plastic totes, I'm sure my things would have been damaged.
