Everything in Petaluma is a nice living. If I could change Recology's services, it would be ideal. They're shameless in asking for money for services not delivered.

Gets busy on weekends and closes early but we’ll organized and friendly.

Three weeks now I have watched the gargabe truck just drive by where we live and only pick up one can. Nothing else ever comes. This business sucks Customer service representative is a liar. No follow-up. I won't give my money to thieves.

My experience with Recology has been positive. Overall, they provide reliable service, and helpful and responsive staff. They are driving to a 'zero waste' culture and readily offer resources to events and organizations for recycling and composting. Many of the negative Google reviews seem to be years old, I think the company ethos has changed for the better in the past year or two.

You may have a better response calling or contacting their customer service email. I just set up/transferred service, they are extremely helpful. Sounds like it was a mistake, I hope they can send a pick up before your next scheduled day. Good luck to you.
Call the city. Where u live and let them know what's going on.
I believe any which is purely paper without plastic, so I put that all in there. Unfortunately I don't think stinky recology recycles any plasticized paper
Garbage
If you live on petaluma yes
Recology will work as usual in non-evacuated areas. Please note that they will not service in areas that have mandatory evacuations as they will not be allowed in.
Depends what u need it for.prices varies if is for garbage, yardwaste, dirt or concrete.call debris Box department for a quote..
They do, but really depends where you are. Send them a message via their website and they can check for you
Some trucks have 2 chambers, it seems as though they get mixed in, but they do not
They have to be placed into your landfill (gray) can, unfortunately they cannot be recycled. You can always ask your dry cleaners if they can reuse your metal hangers.
No, nothing is accepted at this location. You'd have to take it to the dump (sorry don't know where your dump is at your location)
No, this is not a drop off location
