Absolutely the worst place to live. Filthy, rats in hallways, doors that do not lock allowing homeless to wander around pee in common areas and break into apartments. Vomit is all over and management doesn’t respond to this or any other requests for assistance. They allow maintenance and third party painters and flooring people to roam with no background checks entering without any notice. Good luck calling the corporate office to file complaints, no one answers and calls are never returned when messages are left. Don’t believe the their lies and blatant misrepresentation of available amenities, there is no pool as advertised for last two years and never will. Windows are sealed shut. This place is NOT fit for housing a prison population let alone students at UF. The rent is ridiculously high for zero “lifestyle, amenities and available staff” Many are suing this property and management for breach of contract and bait and switch! Don’t do it!!! Renter beware!!

I had a lease for a year. My other roommate moved out early, she couldn’t wait to leave. Maintenance walks in unannounced, no knocking. The main office has no idea what is happening. The elevators are on the brink of killing someone(they are not up to date). Homeless people walk in all the time, including into peoples apartments. There’s a fruit flu issue. There is no trash compactor, pool, or security, which is all listed in the lease. This place has a great location, but it is not worth your money. Parking is also horrible, and even if you pay an extra 200$ a month people still come in and take your spots.

I don’t even live here but let me tell you, wow, I hate this place. I’ve been here numerous times throughout the last year or so to visit and stay with friends, and everytime I ask myself how there are so many people that pay as much as they do to live here (especially with the additional monthly parking rate). For starters, on almost every visit here the WiFi has randomly dropped for a few hours at a time with no apparent cause and in some of those occasions myself and the friends I stay with are working on homework and then it just… stops? Let’s talk about game day. Game day is fun, right? Sure, it is, when you are a non-resident getting to park in a parking garage right near the stadium! Do you know what that means when you are a resident that wants to leave and go do anything that is not going to the stadium? It is IMPOSSIBLE to get out of the parking garage and go anywhere for the majority of the day. Here’s an additional fun one I got to experience today: it is 6:10 AM and all are sleeping well when suddenly the fire alarms begin to blast throughout the building. Out of an abundance of caution everyone evacuated the building just for the chance the building could be burning down, but no, it was revealed pretty quickly there in fact was nothing wrong when the fire department arrived and left within about 20 minutes. The catch is that their departure did not mean the alarms did not go off, no, they went off until 8:01 AM, a whopping 111 minutes! So glad I was able to get a great nights rest while visiting my friends, thank you dear fire alarms of Midtown Apartments.

I’ve been really liking my experience at Midtown Apartments. Everything has been really good with the new amenities that keep getting added, but the best part so far has been the amazing administrative team in the office. They always answer your questions in a very nice manner and they make you feel comfortable. The unit has been good with all the amenities I expected were provided. Nico and Katy, as well as Isabel and Layla always provide the best help and make you fell at home in Midtown.
