Coat room, on a rack. Ask a docent for help. Patricia in events could help if it's sensitive or valuable they could put it in an office...
There is a small lot at the gallery or plenty of street parking nearby. Depends how many steps you want. I parked on a side street, less pressure to park by busy cars on the main roads.

No, but there is a conservation department at Buffalo State. They can be a good place to start.
Yes! They just ask to secure any additional bags (baby bags, diaper bags, etc) within the stroller. Otherwise they offer to lock up your bags until the visit is over.
Yes timed tix are available (90 minute blocks, not too exact), very easy on the website.
I'm not sure about a Veteran discount, but they handicap accessible, wish I could be more helpful.
No you cant take it in the museum, but you can drink outside of it which is still part of the Gallery, sometime they have some special events maybe then but I'm not sure. Hope that was helpful
