10/10 would not recommend. They were great up until I had to cancel my service because we moved away. They made me pay a cancellation fee and then charged me for garbage that was left at the curb by the buyer of our former home. I told them I’d love to use them at my next house, but they refused to consider servicing the area. We moved 15 minutes down the road, not a large distance. They did lower my cancellation fee but beware, it’s $120 to cancel if you haven’t used them for a year of service. Giving 2 stars because the service was good while it lasted. Also, if you don’t pay the cancellation fee, they threaten to send you to collections.

I recently changed to this company as my former trash removal service was leaving a mess curbside after dumping my totes each week. Seyrek answered my call just before closing, offered a discount for paying upfront for the year & offers a smaller recycling tote that is picked up weekly. No mess left, on time & easy to reach by phone. Local company, not a giant one.
