A little disappointed in the procedures they haven't placed there. I was on the phone for over an hour with the insurance company to finally get authorization just to find out that I couldn't rent a vehicle there! If that was a possibility, they should have verified that first? Just makes for poor customer service and very upset customers

After striking out at all the airport agencies, I walked in and spoke to Spencer. He went above and beyond, calling 5 locations and finally located a large passenger van for our non profit. Kudos to Spencer for making it happen.
