We were told we would have to pay an additional cleaning fee if we had dogs in the car. So, we didn't have dogs on the car. When we returned the car, the woman said there were dog hairs on the car mats and charged us $250 cleaning fee. It's unfair to charge this fee because dog hair got transferred from our clothing and shoes to the car. BEWARE! If you have pets, they are going to charge you a fee!!

Avoid these crooks at all costs; we had an awful experience. They had warned us in advance that no pets were allowed, so we never bright any in. after inspection, they claimed that they found dog hair in it; when asked, they failed to show what "pet hair" they were referring to, and proceeded on charging $450.00 for it. Of course, they never said in advance how much would they charge, either. it is a free for all. Crooks; I have no other word to describe them.
