Worst Enterprise branch, just go to the one at Manlius Center Rd, where you’ll be treated properly. I booked here online an SUV 2wks prior the rental date, for a monthlong rental. Surely, that would’ve been enough time for them to prepare the said car. But when I arrived on that day, there were no SUVs available. My choices were a compact car and a minivan. And that there was an available SUV at the other branch, if I was willing to go there. Uhm, Excuse me? So all that early booking was no use then, no difference if I simply walked-in that day. They had plenty of time to have an suv ready, or they could’ve sent that available one to their location before I came for my rental. I specifically chose the location because it was near me, if I had known this was how they treated their customers, I would’ve gone farther to a better location. I ended up choosing the compact car over the minivan. When I asked if I was gonna get a lesser rate for such a car, they said no because the rates that day were higher. Duh, thats why I tried to book days before. But they were being deliberately obtuse, so I stopped arguing. No point in doing so. I just wanted to get out of that place. So don’t bother going to this one!
