Great service! The workers were very polite and pleasant. I had an incident where my husband's iPad was left in the rental unintentionally (I'm ashamed to say), but it was almost a whole week! I called and inquired about it and I am happy to say the iPad was returned to us! There are still some people that allows God to work through them! Thank you!

Absolutely terrible. They don't answer the phone. Office is closed from 3-4 every day, even though the hours are until 5pm. No follow up on any of my questions. I'd rather walk everywhere for a week than have to deal with this place again to get a vehicle. UPDATE: I returned my rental vehicle 2 weeks ago, and they still have not returned my deposit.

I hit a deer with my vehicle and elected to get a rental with Enterprise in Hornell, NY. I had a very positive experience with this branch! They worked hard to find a vehicle that worked for me, the check out/check in process was very easy. They were polite and very responsive and when I had one issue with the rental return they resolved the situation immediately. I would give them 6 stars if I could!
