ZERO STARS. The only professionals here are the delivery team. I ordered 3 doors at this place for my home renovation. Delivery was delivered as promised, I was ready to hang the doors about 1-2 weeks after delivery, upon opening the package I was not satisfied with quality of materials the door consisted of. I called to ask if I could return the doors and upgrade and pay extra for better quality. They said they would not accept any returns or exchanges and that I was SOL. They didn’t even try to ease any concerns. After shopping around I decided to just install these doors. I assumed all of the hardware that they charged me for were in the packages. They were not. I went in person to ask about the hardware. I was told I waited too long and was told a manager would contact me. NO ONE has contacted me. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE

Excellent shop. One of the main advantages is the very reasonable price, as well as the service of the staff at its best. The DoorsPlusWindows online store regarding the price is simple and sound. The door installation took 20-30 minutes longer than expected, but the door stood up very smoothly and clearly. Although the door I wanted to order was unavailable, they picked up another one for me instead.

I stumbled upon this store by accident. I’ve already ordered the entry doors from one of the other sellers, but on the appointed day, they never arrived. They came up with all sorts of reasons. They apologized, of course, but what is their apology to me. The order was urgent for me. In the end, I began to search the Internet for the same models. Doors Plus Windows was also cheaper. Delivery was the next day. Thanks to this store, they helped out in a difficult moment. Special thanks to the delivery driver.
