Call and let them know you can't access your information and need to reset your pin.

I was getting unemployment payments. I started a new job on the 13th and attempted to file a claim for week ending 7/18/20. Pay date in 2 weeks. Does that immediately stop my payments

No but you must report your gross wages(before taxes) even before recurving them
