There are some people that get a counselor that doesn't understand them or who doesn't take the time to get to know them I've had the same counselor since I was 14 and he went through hell and back because of me he also could have given up on me and never did I am 42 and I feel that if it wasn't for him I would be here and I know that it was me too but he showed me better ways to deal with my anger

This place is an absolute joke. My husband just went through a month of filling out paperwork with a woman who has terrible communication skills and would call him and leave inappropriate messages, at best, they have zero interest in actually helping anyone. Now after waiting a month to see a psychiatrist they just called and cancelled that appointment out of bye blue (when he called himself to CONFIRM the appointment yesterday, because you know, this is kind of important…) with absolutely no care or consideration. My husband starts a new job on Monday and will not be able to leave a new job in the middle of the day for this for awhile. This is total and complete negligence. ZERO stars, do not recommend. Absolutely deplorable conduct by so called “professionals.” What a joke. Don’t waste your time or energy.

I started seeing a counselor here awhile ago. I told him that I had been a legal medical cannabis patient for almost a decade so he diagnosed me with cannabis abuse disorder. That was my last session. I wouldn’t recommend going here.

I called this place after getting put on multiple waiting lists at other offices. I got an appointment right away and all of the staff have been great. I’m so happy to have found such great people.

honestly Arbor counseling is one of the best places for any individual or family to go to if they're serious about getting real help if you are not serious and you do not like to keep appointments that means you are not responsible for your own actions which is negligence on your behalf erin may be overworked so is Kathy and Dr Joe as well as Rosetta an Natalia but they are very intelligent individuals they do not have time for BS if you make an appointment keep an appointment and they'll be more than happy to see you you stop messing around with your meds. you can flagged and once again that's due to your own negligence from V.c.j
#1 policies are put in for safe gaurds for patients and for doctors saftey & for people that need the help not to question the authority of the doctors! #2 everything in life is lenghty & has a process , I get it we're all human we all want instant gratification I looked at a lot of your other post that you post else elsewhere it looks like a lot of complaints that you had wherever you went. But if you really need that kind of help you just have to be patient and keep searching until you find help it is out there but at the facility you're may or may not be speaking about they actually have a staff that is very willing and helpful to take their time with the intake process. If people choose that they cannot wait and you have any medical history dial 911 immediately if you need help and those folks will take care of you and get you the help you need since you can't find satisfactory be careful the path u choose tho this is life
