If I could give this “hotel” negative stars, I would. We were in town for an event and booked a room here as a last minute decision and there were bed bugs, cockroaches, and stink bugs in the room. Not to mention the dog being beat down the hallway and the rancid smell. We weren’t even there 10 minutes before we turned around and left. I have tried getting in contact with the GM for two weeks by email & phone to no avail. Trust me, go ANYWHERE other than here.

I had low expectations, but wow...this is even worse than I thought it could be. Stuck here for a month due to timing issues on closing on my sold home, and the one I'm buying. There's very little extended-stay options in the Brownsburg/Avon area so I'm making the best of it.

This is the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Cheap, yes but not at all worth the price we paid. My friend and I are travel nurses and we booked here for a 3-month stay and ended up leaving after 2 weeks. The only positive experience we had was with one of the front desk workers, Jamie. We had issues as soon as we checked in and walked through the door. There’s a strong weed smell and cigarette smoke that fills every part of the hotel. It was in the hallways, stairwells, and elevator but it was most prominent in our bathroom. We had to leave a towel stuffed under the door to the bathroom or it would fill our entire room. There are smoke stains on the walls, holes in the walls (one stuffed with toilet paper), housekeeping never came to our room for the entire 2 weeks (it was in the contract that we were not allowed to refuse the twice weekly service). We paid weekly for high speed WiFi because the free basic wasn’t enough to stream our fire stick with. The bed was broken and moved every time someone got in it. The floors were dirty, elevators were dirty, the air conditioner leaked into the floor, the sink handle in the bathroom was loose. We reported issues several times and as I said before, Jamie was the only helpful one. However, none of the issues were ever resolved. Do NOT stay here.

Read all of the reviews throughout google, and believe me when I say, DO NOT STAY HERE! This place is absolutely run down and disgusting. I’ll start by saying the worst part of the stay is the fact that there are people smoking in this place constantly. Your room smells like cigarettes and weed 24/7, literally. If you are a non-smoker like me, do not stay here. It took 2 days to finally get the room not to smell like smoke, but the bathroom is still strong of smoke. Was told by front desk that the rooms connect in a way that they are in a “grid” and so if anyone smokes, it runs through the rooms. It is absolutely horrible. I have went to the front desk twice about this issue already, and they said that it was “unacceptable” that they would follow up, but nothing was ever done and it continued. Smoke stains all over the room and in the bathroom. The air conditioner leaks, and I have had to buy towels to use under it because it runs all over the floor and the front desk won’t provide more than 2 towels and wash clothes. There are two large holes in the walls and there is toilet paper stuffed in the holes. There are bugs in the room, I have picture evidence I will be passing along. The bed frame is broken, literally. So with any movement of the bed, it shakes and shifts about 6inches in any given directions. The floor was absolutely horrendous and dirty. The “free internet” runs at about 1-2 mbps speed which is slower than any dial up I have ever used. We paid to use the “premium” internet and it was running about 5-6mbps which is not enough speed to consistently stream any tv or movies. The TV controller was broken and most of the television channels provided by the hotel don’t load or work, so you’re basically stuck with no consistent television unless you bring a hotspot or DVD player. I have personally heard of two residents that live here long term mentioning that there are meth labs in this hotel. I can believe it because I have personally smelled weed, smoke, and have seen some very suspicious activity here. Shower head is calcified, water pressure was pitiful. Like many other people in the reviews, I had to go buy cleaning products to clean it just to shower. The blinds are about 2 inches too long so they don’t fit in the window seal properly, and I work nightshift so I had to buy a blanket to put over the blinds just to block some of the sunlight from coming in. I only came here for work for a couple months, was going to stay here the whole time, but I will be leaving In two days, I couldn’t handle 2 weeks, let alone 3 months. Unfortunately, I paid a month ahead of time hoping that the hotel room that was being provided was going to live up to the expectations lined in the papers I signed but that is not the case. Hoping to get my money back for the 2 weeks I will not be staying here, if not I will be taking further action to get it.
