No one working the front desk after 10pm. If u accidentally lock yourself out of your room, plan on sleeping in your car until morning. NO 3RD SHIFT SERVICE AT ALL!!!!!!!

Very nice rooms and better staff, not so great of a location. Very scary looking place to be honest. They did have an armed guard and came in clutch for the indy 500. Thanks!

I made a reservation online, got confirmation and arrived at the hotel later in the night due to the fact that I was traveling. I told the guy I had made a reservation and he tells me there is no check in after 3 pm. This is after I had already made the reservation and paid for the room. He was extremely confrontational and argumentative. I explained that the reservation was made and he yells at me that again that this was "his hotel" and he would not check me in and that no hotel accepts check ins after that time. At that point, I just decided to spend my money else where and left. I travel quite a bit. 99.99999% of the time I check in after 3 pm with no issues. It was like the guy was blaming me for not having the room because he had obviously given it away! So not only was I straight up lied to, I was also yelled at, degraded, and disrespected all while having to rearrange accommodations in 15 degree weather after a long tiresome day of travel. Calling to make sure I am refunded is now also on the to do list. After that, he also lied to the second guest saying that his system was down. I have been to hotels where that was actually the case and they were still able to check me in! I'm also not sure why he chose that sorry excuse like hotels didn't exist before computers. Not so super.... At all.....
