Positive: I sent a text to customer service and have not received a response dirty, filthy room. No air, unbreathable. Checked out immediately. Did not stay 5 minutes.

Positive: Location was convenient. Room size was good. Negative: System was down at check in resulting in long delay to get room. Room was very dated, smelled musty. Furniture worn and tattered. Found empty liquor bottles behind both nightstands. Used towels and clothing were found under the bed. Mattress very old.

Malachi and Genesis Siblings

Booked online and when I went to the hotel to check in was told that my card didn't go through. So I swiped in person and still no luck. Checked my account and showed the clerk where it says ES to the money out of my account she stated that she couldn't book me. I ended up leaving booking at another hotel for the night. Next day checked my account to see if the money was refunded and saw not only did they take $451.29 out but I got charged for the incidental fees. After a letter to the corporate office I did receive the refund for the 451 but they still have not refunded me the 100.00 that never should've been processed in the first place. I DO NOT recommend this hotel and if my 100.00 is not back in my account TODAY my lawyer will be contacting your office

Positive: Girl working the front desk was very helpful n tried to do everything possible to accommodate our situation. Negative: Not ADA compliant. Pull out couch/sleeper was broke n couldn't use it, so we asked for a refund. Hotel was kind of dirty n not what the pictures showed. Wouldn't stay here or recommend. Hotel next door was very accommodating.
