Positive: This is my go-to hotel when I want to get away. The staff here is great and always willing to help with anything. The rooms are always clean and very comfortable, too. So many places to eat in the area. Convenient and simple check-in process. Negative: N/A

Management was the biggest problem here u could for two weeks today and ether later that or a day or two later be locked out of your being ordered to call so u can be advised that the rate u paid for has changed in the middle of ur reservation and my favorite was I stayed there 8 months and after 30 days u get taxes back and no longer have to pay taxes well management will force you to make a new reservation so u will start all over and just so u have an idea it’s about 130 dollars a week for taxes otherwise than the nightmare management will put u though all is nice. I’d stay at a more expensive with less amminties rather go though that again

Positive: Not alot of noise of other hotels. Staff was always willing to accommodate any requests, including an extra swivel chair for a business mtg in room. Negative: Starting to show wear and tear which is to be expected after all the guests staying there. Particularly doors and hallways.

I give them a one star only because I had to. I suggest you run. this place is roach infested. When I went to the front desk to complain, their remedy was to offer me a 'complimentary' can of bug spray! As if that was a solution to the problem. She was just ready to get me out of her face so she could continue playing her game on her phone. This was my first visit ever to an Extended Stay. I was definitely not impressed and I can say it'll never stay with them again!
