Booked for a one bedroom and was given a small studio. Went to the desk and was told, they go by availability which I understood but what I didn't understand is why I was being charged for an executive one bedroom suite when given a studio which was almost $300 difference. Lady at the desk "swore she checked to make sure the price was different" I have to prove otherwise which I did. Somehow she magically found the one bedroom suite that I initially booked. So I'm a bit confused as to why I was given that to begin. They don't serve hot breakfast just a grab and go, by that I mean the only hot thing is oatmeal and you have to make it. The rest is muffins, I think I saw a pop tart? coffee... Not much at all. The entrance is very nice but the rooms are, meh. Small bath towels. Walls are thin, can hear ya neighbor. I do like the multiple exits/entrances they have. My room pullout sofa bed got stuck. Took over an hour for someone to come put it back and even then he struggled. Damn near broke it trying to get it back in. And that's why I stopped trying. I do love the wood floors. The water doesn't get cold, it's warm. The hot water works really well. I wouldn't drink Indiana's water anyway. It was for my dog. They are dog friendly which is great with a fee. It's not a dog friendly location to me. It's in a busy area. Not much green grass except on the business buildings where people work. Not a terrible location. Oh and this is the first extended stay I've been in that doesn't have ANY utensils. Not sure if that's the norm or it's something you have to request? But if you're staying longer than 7 days, it should be in there. Well it's not. So yea, it's a 2 star for me.

The exhaust fan in the room was loud enough to be heard from the floor above to the rooms next to me. No labels on what each of the muffins were so it was dealers choice on if it was a blueberry or chocolate chip muffin. The refrigerator also rattled all the time when it came on and went off. The laundry you have to pay for, but is available. The road noise also came right through the single pane windows they installed.

Room was a mixture of modern (carpet, toilet floor, blankets) with old fashioned (tv, Desk, bathtub). It was actually comfortable and surprisingly spacious. Hotel location is also a bit of privileged. Unfortunately, I had many troubles to connect to the wifi and no one was able to help me. O had to leave much earlier than expected to the airport to get internet. Breakfast is basically just coffee, oatmeal and muffins, so don't rely on it for a long journey

There is no deposit required. You have to have a valid credit/debit card at check in for incidentals and we also do not accept cash. Unless your reservation is for more than 7 days. Only then will we accept cash. We look forward to having you!
