Negative: Just a run down hotel smelt like a bowling alley & not enough pillows or blankets no comforter just a thin blanket. TV kept acting up. Elevator needed service. I don¿t recommend this hotel at all. No good places near by the places are gross.

Positive: What I liked best was the staff was very friendly & tried to be accommodating with what she had to work with Negative: Hotel did not smell good upon entering. Room-unacceptable having a horrible smell & light cover in the bathroom laying on floor. Informed front desk Said no refund avai. Given different room slightly bey w crunchy mattress. No coffee available in AM

I made a reservation. Show up with my Seizure Assistance Dog, including any paperwork they would need to prove she's real and i have a medical problem. They tell me I can't stay there with her bc they don't allow any animals in the carpeted rooms. You legally CANNOT turn down a registered Service Animal!!!! Then she tells me "you should've made a reservation" I DID! So we pulled it up to see if maybe I didn't have a carpeted room, I did, then she says "well we don't have ANY pet friendly rooms here at all. She's not allowed her. " SHE IS A REGISTERED SERVICE DOG! YOU CANNOT LEGALLY TURN THEM AWAY!

Got a room for a weekend. Smoke free room. Got into the room and it wasn't smoke free. Asked if there was a different room and was told no take what you get or leave they over booked the hotel. Bed is rock hard and pillows are so flat that the three they have barely make up to 2" of padding. Again asked for more pillows on the second day and was told that three is all they could give out. The room is dated from early 90s and wouldn't call the kitchen anything more then a fridge and stove top that neither burner works. I prepaid for the 4 nights or I would of looked else where. And prepaid doesn't mean it's paid, had to do a 200 deposit for "room damages". So did the 200 that got charged for damages include cigarettes smoke?
