Took my 2022 Traverse in for an oil change, tire rotation and for them to check on a noise coming from the power steering. When I picked my vehicle up they said that they lubed the power steering, but were not able to find anything wrong with it. The service advisor, Joe, told me that it was still making the noise, but "you can't hear it with the radio on." REALLY?! THIS IS A BRAND NEW VEHICLE!! It should not be making any noises! I've made 3 payments on it. Not impressed with this Bob Johnson dealership at all and I will never take a vehicle back there nor will I recommend it to anyone.
