I will start by saying I have spent well over 20k at Home Depot while building our home. We have nothing but issues throughout the whole build from them. Damaged items or wrong items sent. Recently I purchased three items worth over 1k in total. Home Depot as of now has canceled or rescheduled our shipment twice now. I called to find out it was about a wrong address even though they’ve sent thousands in items to our home. I then called the home delivery which contracts to get your appliances to your home. They told me that I was lied to that my item has been less than an hour from my home and has been there for almost a month. When I called back to address the situation I was confronted like I was the problem and put on hold several times and most recently spent two hours on hold where I had to hang up. I was told prior to being put on hold that because Home Depot messed my address up I would have to redo the order and would take two more weeks to get the item. This has cause great strain as we planned for this item to be here for a reason. Regardless this situation should have never happened but more importantly when you are a consumer spending any money let alone a lot you shouldn’t be lied to. I did tell Home Depot I was recording for my purposes and will be seeking legal action as they have over 1k in my money with no intention of sending my item to my home. Do yourself a favor and do not order anything from them as they blame everything on third parties and Covid.

Quote for custom cabinets was $1000 per linear foot. Sales person tried to tell me that mdf was same as plywood quality. Sister purchased similar cabinets for $300 per linear foot. Store employees elsewhere in store do their best but most are new and way down staffed during pandemic. Custom cabinets gets 0 stars. Others get 4 so average of 2.

Well staffed and employees ready to answer questions. Many departments for home improvement needs. No respirator masks in stock. Ended up ordering online. I prefer to shop local and support local businesses. I would get lumber elsewhere. Shopping for a new shower? Shop local as well.

I ordered a freezer from the Williston Store in January. Delivery was set for the first Friday in February. They called to confirm delivery and said the day of they would call at least an hour in advance of delivery. Day of delivery I get a missed call, I was working so I headed straight home a few miles away and I already missed the delivery driver and it had been 20 minutes. I call the driver who I saw leaving my driveway, but didn’t answer. He called back and gave me the number to the warehouse to reschedule deliver which I did. Two weeks later a damaged freezer arrives, I refused to accept. Delivery guy said the warehouse would call to reschedule. NO CALL! After 10 days I call and get another delivery date. Three weeks later another damaged freezer comes!! Again the delivery guy says the warehouse will call to reschedule, NO CALL!! I called the Williston store three different times the last being today when I cancelled my order. On Saturday I was assured that the appliance manager would get back to me on Monday, yup NO CALL AGAIN!! THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! I will pay more to never shop Home Depot again.

Yes they do. I just checked myself and they carry it online and in store in 5 different colors. Don't listen to men. Just Google!

Plus, if you don't have the receipt, do have the card you used. Insert it into the credit card reader. The reader will find the transaction and credit the proper amount.
Were about to paint our garage floor also but not sure ourselves. Were be using the expoxy paint .
