Really awesome experience. They sourced a windshield for my brand new car super quick (was amazed there were any in the US already), and replaced it and recalibrated the camera system within 2 hours then stayed a few minutes late to ensure I was able to pick up that day. I had a chip in my windshield"repaired". They told me that I would be able to see the chip a little bit after they filled it. When I saw it after it looked exactly the same. I have fixed chips myself before and they looked ten times better. I didn't do it myself because my wife wanted me to have "the professionals" do it. They charged me $150. I could have done it for $15 with a kit from the auto parts store. Unless you need a full windshield replacement don't waste your time or money. Even if insurance covers it you will get better results doing it yourself and it's really not too hard.

Mike and his crew were professional, knowledgeable, friendly and made room in their schedule to fix my window on a cold day in January within hours of when I called. He worked on my car himself, brought me into the shop and showed me the issue. He explained exactly how to repair it myself or offered to fix it when I buy the parts. Then he gave a temporary fix so I wouldn't freeze! They've done work for me in the past, and it's always fast, professional, friendly and reliable. Old school, Vermont neighborly service. Great work!
