Well-run and they get people through there fairly quickly. I think the only problem is that they occasionally get overwhelmed with numbers of people showing up all at the same time.

Bring back the reuse zone. Also the illegal dumping of broken glass on your property is probably going to be expensive to clean up. You are currently under investigation by the Vermont agency of natural resources and the Vermont attorney general for the illegal dumping. The people of Chittenden county paid you to recycle their glass but it was instead dumped in an old sand pit.

CSWD Williston is doing a great job, especially considering the CV-19 restrictions. Everything is well organized and set up for drop-offs while helping people maintain an appropriate distance. The folks working there are super nice and helpful as well. I appreciate that they are open on the weekends. I know many of the waste station drop offs don't yet have weekend hours so this is a convenient option.

Staff was very friendly and it was a nice drive out to the facility!

You do not. All of our Drop-Off Centers are open to the public, regardless of town of residence.
Yes and they are free!
Pretty sure they will accept smaller ones in the "bulk metal" dumpster
Those items can be brought to any CSWD location EXCEPT Burlington for no fee. Thanks!
Where can I dispose of used tires I’m in Charlotte
You can take those items to the Williston Drop-Off Center.
If they are over 80% metal - you can place them in the scrap metal bin for no fee.
Yes, if they are over 80% metal you can put them in the scrap metal bin.
4 gallon buckets will be available for sale this Wednesday at all open Drop-off Centers. Until supplies last. But you can use anyta container with a snug lid. Coffee can, etc.
At our Drop-Off Centers, there is a $1 charge for up to 5 gallons of food scraps. There is no fee if you drop off at Green Mountain Compost.
Yes, for $10, check or cash only
