One of my favorite pizza places in the greater Rochester area. Wish I lived closer!

Hit or miss but the flavor is always the same which is great. But when I waste my breath and say “well done” and it comes out under cooked even regular then it’s a bad day. Paying top dollar for a simple instruction to not get right is just wrong. Pizzas should come out crispy anyway. Bottom should be all brown not floppy. WELL DONE lol Next time I’ll try saying super duper well done. This is definitely not the first time. It’s almost every time.

I'm sad to say the pizza & customer service has gone way down hill. The food used to be delicious & now it's not very good.
