The keyser ave location is a joke...they put a sign "out to lunch" on the door and close for 3.5 hours, (to hang with his girlfriend), once you finally get in, the guy at the desk is rude and obnoxious, ignored the people in the store, cursed while kids were in there, is on speaker phone with a customer calling her names, told her some (c.explicit.t) called the cops on him for being closed for half an hour and that's why he couldnt take care of her cancelation! SURPRISE...THIS is the €unt that was in the store AFTER the police made you open the doors that called the cops for a well check being concerned that you may have been hurt or in danger because your front door was locked for 3.5 hours, (we waited while shopping other stores) and your back warehouse door was wide open...TAKE THE RIDE TO WILKES BAREE LOCATION!! EXCELLENT SERVICE AND EMPLOYEES...WELL WORTH THE TRIP....
