If you like living with Rats🐀 & Roaches🪳 this is the place for you! Don't be fooled by the reconstruction. They are infested and management doesn't care. They are smelly and moldy. They tell you you have to learn to live with the rats and roaches. Don't move here! The owner Richard Knapp is a slumlord. His project manager Shelonda Downing is rude and ignorant. Make sure you wear a bulletproof vest if you move here. Again this place is filled with mold bugs and rats!

I have been living here for 19 years. That alone should tell you something about the complex. It's had its ups and downs but finally they have a company who bought it that is investing a lot of money into. Management and maintenance are top notch in my book. Once they install security, things should get even better.
