Deplorable patient service! They should not be in business of pain management.

After several years being with NERA and being treated by Dr Connor and his team I am very disappointed. After listening and follow dr Connor pain management advise (Tests, procedures, & outpatient rehabilitation) it took four paid visits to see the doctor about getting my life back and trying to tell him what were doing isn't helping my back. So being intrested in getting back on a opiate based pain regimine and instead I guess he'd rather offer surgery or give Marijuana to his patients. Terrible bedside manner or maybe he was having a bad day but shouldn't treat his excising patients like that who have chronic pain and are seeking help

If you want to be made to felt like you are misunderstood as a patient, visit. The injections are chillingly painful. If you want the runaround, go here. The assistant will hang up on you when you need help the most. I guarantee it. FED UP.
