The people there are fantastic, it took a little longer to get the bike bike than anticipated but I understand why. The staff very knowledgeable when it comes to motorcycles, gave me alot of extra information. They will not BS you, if there is something they can't do they will tell you and recommend a place to go unlike some businesses that will attempt to do something just for the money. I don't get that video from this place, I know it's a business and they need to make money but they are passionate about their job and work and as a customer it's greatly appreciated, they care about the customer, My bike is running great, the Mechanic that worked on my bike was awesome, will be back for all my service needs.

New rider-purchased July 2021, at dropped of at DNA Sep 2021 until Feb 2022 (5 month). In for carburetor work-hissing and popping sounds. Apparently they tuned carburetor, installed new insulation and casket set. Less than 400 miles in, problem is back. Booked another appointment for July 2022 but cancelled and thought what’s the point, they couldn’t fix the issue to start with. Almost $900 (80% labor), I don’t want to give DNA anymore money. Won’t be coming back. Wished I had a better experience but they didn’t fix the problem. Waste of time & money. I also missed a full beautiful fall season of riding. Had I known it would take 2 months for parts & another 3 more months to do 4 labors of hours, I would have picked it up The timing was also one thing after another (staff getting Covid, Thanksgivings, Christmas, New Year, personal staff stuff, etc). One star because Patrick is awesome-right from the start, super friendly and kept me in loop. I’ll be taking in to Moto Guild, like most who’ve paid a ton of money and didn’t get proper work done, mind as well hire tech to assist me doing it and learning it!

Patrick helped me get my bike back up to speed. They picked it up for me while I was working and waited a bit after hours for me to pick it up. The work is superb the price was right this is the spot I will continue to for all my motorcycle maintenance and needs

Really poor customer service from Jeena and Patrick. Will not return. First they quote you one price. Then they receive your bike and call you and chance the price. This was a tire change not a mechanical job. When I called back to ask Jeena if she could explain again why they were adding charges; she continued to explain and got defensive and said you can pick up your bike and go take it somewhere else. Maybe I’m wrong? Still no way to treat customers.

Im not sure how much they would charge you but ill tell you what i owe a 2005 vulcan and they work on my bike all the time beacuse they price low give them a call u recommend them
I do have the new fork seals and oil ready to be installed.

Dna motor labs is a good shop to take older bikes the guys out there are really helpful give them a call i own a 2005 kawaski vulcan 1600 classic no one would touch it in the bay area but dna motor labs put a new engine in it i highly recommend them
