Our family of 7, 2 yr. old to grandparents, rented a 4 bedroom condo at The Enclave for a week. Although nice, it was sparcley furnished in the kitchen, but not a deal breaker. What REALLY sucked was the incompetence of the night staff (wherever they were?) to protect the peace and quiet of the unit above us. For 4 out of our 7 nights at the Enclave, the very load music and parties from above truly ruined both our evening relaxation, as well as much of the sleep needed to enjoy skiing the next day. When we requested action from the manager on duty, he sided with the problem unit above due to lack of courage and persistence to protect the rest of the surrounding condos paying customers, like us. We were not the only people raising a complaint. We ended up calling the Snowmass police for action... so more disruption, which eventually solved the problem. Our stay at the Enclave remains a bitter remeberance of what could have been a much more enjoyable trip to beautiful Snowmass! We have been coming to Snowmass for the past 25 years and this trip was the worst lodging experience by far.... Sadly.

This place is great except that they advertise there is an elevator to the units under ADA access....yes, there is an elevator but for units not on the first floor..like the second floor....there are a minimum of 3 sets of 10 steps to climb to reach the units. This was a very big issue for my party..as we expected no stairs...30 stairs up and 30 stairs down is an issue for people with knee issues indeed. This should be clearly communicated in the listings for the condos! It could be a deal breaker for some people for sure.

Plenty of space with two bedrooms and bathrooms, and a great view. Convenient to the slopes and an easy shuttle ride to the mall, restaurants and other mountains.
