Bylaws are constantly changing, causing homeowners to be in compliance one month and in violation the next. The pool is never properly cleaned and has mold infested tiles. Management is untrustworthy and lies about everything, from 24 hour security cameras (there are none) to how and where management fees (280.00) are spent.

I just want to congratulate E.P on wasting their most valuable real estate on an another ugly, massive retirement home. Now everyone on route 80 and 21 can know how our mayor and city council is incompetent and so out of touch for what this town needs.
