Nice froendly staff. Super easy to get a place to rent. They even held the apartment while our background check was going through. There is a $50 application fee.

I come here a few times a week to make deliveries and most the time its close to sundown or already dark and can't ever see the building letters they need to put big letters on the front and back of buildings and put a light right above it …

Nice apartments to live in at a great price. They seem very well maintained. Has a clubhouse I think it's closed at the moment due to COVID-19 but it also has a dog park and playground.

we do have units on the ground floor available. Rent with a pet is $730, security deposit is $730, and non-refundable pet deposit is $250..
