After having lived in different places across the U.S., this has been my favorite location to live at. The team is very welcoming and friendly, and the location and amenities make it a rare find. Debbie and Sylvester help make sure any needs are met.

Overall I enjoyed living here. It’s a nice, quiet, and friendly community. The parking garage is great since you have access to it from your floor and there is always plenty of parking spots. Maintenance is handled fairly quickly when needed. The community isn’t dog friendly which is why I am moving. The gym could use a revamp but it’s usually empty so you have access to all the equipment. The pool in the summer is great. It’s a rooftop pool with nice chairs and a sun deck. On the 4th floor you are on the roof and the balconies are huge. There are a lot of events through the year that shut Mill St. down and getting access to the garage can be difficult but they always give you plenty of notice before it happens. It’s walking distance to a lot of restaurants and bars which is nice. I will say that you don’t have to ever worry about a package being stolen here which is great! Also, Debbie at the front desk is always there to help with whatever you need and is easy to work with.

I moved in November 2020, and I have to say it is the best apartment decision I have ever made! When I come home from work, even on my most stressful days, I know that I have a peaceful, safe, beautiful home to come to. The views are amazing! I love living here and can’t imagine living anywhere else. The staff and neighbors are SO friendly...it’s like living with family! For anyone living for a great place to live, this is the place to be.

After reading some of the mixed reviews my grandfather moved in here about a month ago. I believe there has been some ownership changes and the management and maintenance have improved greatly. They now have a dedicated operations manager and a dedicated maintenance man. They are both professional and caring about the tenants and the building. We are very happy with the new and improved Residences of Creekside.

These are both condominiums and apartments (mixed use). There are around 12 privately owned condominium units currently.
