I signed up for the try Wirthy Total Fitness. I meet up with Mark on Saturday and he walked me through the Gym . He did a body analysis and explained what all the reading ment. Later in the week I took two different classes and enjoyed them both. Every one was friendly from the trainers to the other members working out. I am looking forward to see what kinda of results I can get with them . I am give the 4 starts for now, will come back on 3 months for a final review.

I have so much to write about Worthy...all of it 5 stars. However, I want to share how these trainers work hard to provide individualized training programs for their private training sessions. My husband is training for a hardcore ultra marathon and trains with Mark to prepare. Every week, Mark provides a different training plan to help prepare my husband for this race. I know that come September, Kurt is going to be well-prepared because of the training he's receiving at Worthy. It's well planned and researched. If you are a person with specific fitness goals, you can't go wrong by calling Worthy.

Worthy Total Fitness is an amazing gym to be a part of! I felt very welcomed and part of the “family” when I started my fitness journey there. All the staff and members are very supportive and encouraging towards each other. Worthy Total Fitness offers a variety of classes/workouts, but I chose to go the personal training route. I was paired with Coach Michelle Wright and she is absolutely amazing! She is very flexible and accommodating with my constantly changing schedule. Coach Michelle is very personable, knowledgeable, and attentive. I really appreciated all of the education of properly stretching and warming up to prevent any injuries. Coach Michelle was also very good at demonstrating and communicating how to properly execute the exercises. Emphasizing what muscles should be working and proper form in addition to checking in to make sure my body was free from any pain and that whatever weight was being used felt appropriate. She really listened to what my goals were with personal training and created challenging workout programs with a wide variety of exercises. I have had such a good experience with Coach Michelle and Worthy Total Fitness. I not only gained a friend, but also a second family.

I consider joining Worthy Total Fitness one of the best decisions I have made in my life. Mark is a great trainer; he is extremely knowledgeable, motivating and, most importantly, able to work with a variety of skill levels so everyone can see results. Mark has helped me achieve more than I ever thought I could. I feel strong and capable and that is because of Mark’s dedication to his clients. I encourage you to check out WTF. You will not be disappointed. It truly is a remarkable place!
