I waited in line for 10 minutes patiently while a customer was arguing over prices. I was directly behind her, and the manager opens a cashier lane 3 behind me and takes everyone around me. 1st and last visit.

I started going to this Family Dollar location several years ago - and really liked it! had a different vibe than most Family Dollars I had been to in past. However, for about a good year now they have not been same, low inventory and they literally will have stock carts in aisle ways regular basis , and remind you their aisle ways are already small - so hard to get through - and longer wait times , when they have numerous customers waiting in line with only one cashier currently working, but have at least three to four check out spots. This is regular basis by the way , so this location has went downhill through the years. Just being honest.

Came here and purchased a few small things. Requested no bag because I’m trying to be less wasteful. She told me she’s giving me one anyways. I told her I do not want a bag please don’t give me one. As she’s putting my items in the bag she says she’s going to give me one anyways. I said I don’t want one. She said it’s for camera purposes so they don’t think I’m stealing. What??? I have a receipt and you rang me out, we all know that I paid. Will never shop again at a store that puts their product over our planet.
