If you want to live in a mold infested cat smelling apartment lose out on half your deposit to get charged for a the replacement rug when you didn't own pets you will love living there otherwise worst place I've ever encountered and dont recommended I threw out endless amount of shoes and clothing due to this complex...first years winter I was there NO HEAT! every winter no hot water for extended amounts of time. And they act like it's your problem not theirs they don't do anything in favor of their tenants.

I Like the Country like settings for it has a Rocky Ridge Cliffs occasional Wild life come to visit Fox raccoons possum ect. Beautiful Birds have been seen and heard singing in the trees. I find that condos have ups and downs. I feel safe , only wish people would close the the down stairs door closed, the cold air does cause havoc and causes drafts. Any thing can come in. Please keep Building safe . Here, the maintenance team have been very Professional and they are always work hard to keep up the Buildings and Grounds up. I have found when I pay the Rent early Before The 10th of the month is Best. The actions of the Tenants helps Sunset environment Be what it is. With the help of each other We can keep this Community Beautiful . The Inground Swimming Pool a Blessing The Community Center Computer Room was a Great place to go, until Someone changed the Password causing the Computers to be shut down. This is sad for people whom rely on the computer for communication with important information to have a quiet place to think .

I have lived her for a year and I have moved out as of 2/15/18. On the day of 2/15/18 the matience crew went into my apartment WITHOUT notifying me and threw my 500$ AC unit over the third floor balcony of my apartment. I called the office and their new supervisor told me that no one came into my unit so Im pretty much ASSED OUT. Does anyone know who I should contact before taking this matter to court? I recommend THAT NO ONE lives here, they never come and fix anything, their office staff sucks and they are not very bright people.

The office staff is incompetent and lacks integrity and honesty. They are not trustworthy and I would not recommend for anybody to live here. The amenities are only available during office hours and they really won't allow more than one guest at the pool during the summer, even when it's empty and nobody is there. The police and ambulance are here at least three times a month. They don't keep the facilities clean. Trust me. Move someplace else.
