I placed a pickup order for 6 to 7pm. It's currently 9pm and I haven't gotten my order. I've called 3 times but no one picked up at all. This is ridiculous I understand being busy. Yet everytime I go into the store. I see the employees standing around talking with eachother. There is always just one register open. Sadly two time that one register open. There is a sweet woman who is eight months pregnant. This store isn't what is used to. Something needs to change.. .

Worst retail place in the area. Lines are 15 deep, 3 open manned registers and the self checkout is 30 deep. 3/4 of the time the bottle return doesn't work. The carts are locking on everyone tonight. When will this company fix their problem here? When it's ready to close for good?

Food was greasy,egg rolls were over cooked and very spicy hot. Eggfuyung was hot and spicy gravy was watery. We did not have to pay. Just a tip for the sever. My friend ordered a drink he couldn't drink it was also hot and spicy.

The employees are too busy playing on their phones to actually do their jobs, they will get in your way, nearly run into you and never say excuse me. If you ask them a question they give you an attitude. The checkout lines are ridiculously long and they never clean this place it's absolutely gross🤢 Save yourself the aggravation and go somewhere else
