I've lived at 750 Whitney apartment for over 4 years now, and the staff has been amazing. Great neighborhood, great location! In addition, the staff and service are superb. Everyone in the building is super friendly and cool. The service team is extremely responsive to repair requests. I could not be happier with my decision. It's a great place to live with great amenities in a perfect location at East Rock. Would definitely recommend it.

The leasing staff are incredibly kind, have an amazing follow-up and provide clear, concise answers. They anticipated my questions before I even asked them and even provided video tours in the height of COVID, to promote safety.

After living with Franklin Communities for 2 years in their Eli Whitney building, my fiance and I were looking for a little more space than our 1 bedroom had. We had no hesitations when looking for a new apartment to see what Franklin Communities had to offer before looking elsewhere. Management staff was so friendly and helpful and they made the transfer from our old apartment to our new one at Chestnut Hill South a breeze! The communities are well kept/maintained and if you need anything the maintenance staff comes very quickly to fix it. Very little to no complaints about our residency with them over the last two years at Eli Whitney and we are looking forward to continue working with Franklin Communities in the future!

I have had a great experience living here. Tenants are fairly quiet, working people and the grounds are well taken care of. The leasing office often organises gatherings to build community. Maintenance office is prompt and responds to Anything I call into. So I think that place is really nice.
