The experience itself was fine, but I have been waiting almost a week now for my results to be sent to my doctor. I have called twice and am writing this as I am currently being forgotten on hold. The receptionist picked up my call while laughing with colleagues. I told her I had a sonogram done, was anxious to hear my results as there is a mass in my stomach. Through laughter and distracted conversation, she put me on hold and has yet to come back - it's been 6 minutes. I HIGHLY recommend going elsewhere. The people who work here do not care about you or have any sense of urgency or compassion.

The doctor at this hospital has a very nasty disposition and does not know the definition of bedside manners. Also, this hospital overcharged me and refuses to send me a final breakdown of a bill stating what I owed.
