This post is just notifying Azara and its community and potential interested people in living here - it has an ant infestation and is not being properly addressed. Azara has been a lovely place to live and we have great memories here. However SLA on maintenance is around two months and apparently this is not just for home requests. We made a request regarding an ant problem in the apartment lobby early August and it wasn’t addressed (or wasn’t addressed properly or fully - either way we received no update on the maintenance request submitted). As a result of delayed intervention there are ants in our apartment now (we live above the lobby and trash areas). They are crawling in from all cracks in the wall and floorboard scouting out our kitchen area. We also see ants in every floor between our floor and the lobby. Today we went and bought our own ant bait and placed them in the lobby area and bought vinegar and wiped our entire apartment as well. This post will remain up until issue fully addressed otherwise I am sure we are not the only ones moving effective immediately.

RUN! AS FAST AS YOU CAN FROM THIS AWFUL BUILDING! This is advertised as a high-end, superior, luxury complex. The prices reflect this so-called "status." But, the reality is a terrible place to live, horrible management, no service for broken fixtures or appliances. Calls to the management company yield no response or only "pay your rent on time." DO NOT live here. It is really a horror show, and deserves to be put out of business. Many common areas are dirty, broken, or not working. No one from management cares about this building, the owners are actually commercial building owners and treat the tenants like business clients. Do yourself a big favor - avoid this place at all costs. You will be sorry if you rent here. Like ants streaming through the lobby and bugs infiltrating your personal items - then you will enjoy it here.

The soundproofing is no better than a paper hut. You'll be able to hear your neighbor's lovely footsteps, toilet flushes, showers and zoom calls.

Very nice apartment building with good architecture. Staff was friendly. It has a gated parking garage and is pet friendly with shops and restaurants within walking distance. Highly recommend.
