I would give 000 stars to this place if I can. My barber was Oscar Velazquez, and man was he obnoxious. Didn't ask me what I want and if what he is doing at least show me once in the mirror to confirm. Spending more time in selecting the music (that too Awful , horrible music) then actually spending time on listening to me or asking me what I want. Really really horrible experience and I would not recommend to go here. I had to ask him three times that I want the premium beard shave. and he just put water on my face and SCRAPED my face. I cant tell you how much it is burnt me during the whole time. If you don't know how to shave then say I DONT KNOW and let me ask for help. Please do not go here. Save your money and take it somewhere nice. This is a HORRIBLE PLACE and I don't know how they hire their BARBERS. Also everyone in this place were drinking and playing really really loud horrible music that how would they even listen to their customers.

The hairdresser should be a place where you feel comfortable to make a change in yourself, but this place is the least suitable, the person who attended me did it in the most unpleasant way possible, I do not understand if I did not want to work I would have refused the service and period I look for another place, but I wanted to see how far their negligence and lack of professionalism went, my hair grows and in a month I will look for another place. IN THIS PLACE THEY HAVE NO IDEA OF WHAT KE IS CUSTOMER SERVICE.
