Worst experience ever The Lousiest customer service ever Rude, inconsiderate Even Doctors have to sell their souls and ethnics to be working for this organization they treat the Symptoms instead treating the Cause of the problem they just want you to keep on coming for the money

If anybody live in the area and have problems with Ear Nose and Throat. Don’t come to this place. Go to the ENT Bloomingdale in White Plains. The staffs and doctors are a lot nicer. They know what they’re doing. I was referred from there because I need surgery. But the doctor I was seeing he didn’t do surgery anymore. Unfortunately me!!! Here in Tarrytown is on the other hand The staffs are so uncooperative and rude. When you’re on the phone try to explain your situation they sound like just don’t want to come to work. Or if you’re trying to reach out to specific staff. The one who talking to you on the phone will say that they gonna leave a message for person to call you back. But it will never happened. Ended up you have to keep calling them over and over to hear them say exact same things. The doctor just okay they talked to you like you’re just someone come in to interrupt their time, kinda snippy. Not a warm feeling to come here. SO AVOID THIS PLACE IF YOU CAN!!!!!!!!!!

Honestly not the best experience. Two stars for the doctor (Zalvan) who, while patronizing during my appointment, did notice something that other ENTs hadn't and helped me further MY OWN treatment. I was willing to participate with his further recommendations, but alas here is why the 3 stars are gone...the office is completely inept. It was recommended that I have 2 tests done, and I stopped by the front desk on my way out to schedule the tests. They have to be scheduled exactly 24 hrs apart. I work full time and don't have 2 days to take off from work for non-emergent testing. Apparently, the tests are usually done in the morning and they didn't have any afternoon availability until a month later. I had to make special arrangements for one of the days, but could make it work. I was all set, so I thought. The day before the test comes and I realize I haven't received any calls, texts or emails to remind/confirm the appointment. I call the office to make sure everything is set-- of course, they have no record of any existing appointments in the system for me. The next set of appointments for these tests that work with my schedule are another month away. Frustrated, I decide to book them anyway. A few weeks later (about a week before the procedures) I receive a call that they need to cancel my appointments. At this point I am done with this office. I've wasted almost 2 months of time waiting for testing that I need done, and I will be going elsewhere for it.

This site uses the phone number of the old Sleepy Hollow site and they use a remote answering services. There is always lengthy wait times on the phone and the answering people don't know what they are talking about. Today, I had an appointment with my spouse. On Friday they cancelled one of them. This morning I called to confirm my appointment one appointment, which they did, after putting me on hold numerous times. When I got to the front desk they told I did NOT have an appointment. This site is very poorly managed and appears as a whole different practice than the one in White Plains, which I have used for many years, STAY AWAY FROM THIS PRACTICE
