On multiple vials of Clear Eyes, contact lens re-wetting solution, I noticed a light brown stringy substance forming on the top screw rings (not sure of the proper name). This has developed on unexpired 15ml containers (exp 3/2022 lot XD560). I'd like to return them to the manufacturer but can't find an address.

Bought BC powder 4 pack and only had 2 partially filled packs in it. Contacting the company was a waste of time. If i buy them again, i will open box to be sure all 4 are there.

I'm also looking for it and no luck. :( Just called and another company name is given and then you're directed to one of several options. I opted for customer service but NO ONE answered nor could I leave a message. Leads me to believe this company is no longer in business as Medtech and the new company no longer cares.
