I give this place 1 star and if can go lower I definitely would. I went to see Doctor Myent today due to an injured shoulder issue. He didn’t even look at my shoulder. He immediately told the nurse to conduct an ekg on me because I have history of blood clotting. He gets the results and immediately tells me that he doesn’t like what he sees on the graph and that I should immediately go to the er. He made it seem like I was about to have a heartache. I go directly to north Phelps where I show 2 doctors my graph results and they tell me, the graph looks good and there is nothing wrong with my heart. They do a full check on me and see that I have no issues. Doctor Myent literally gave me and my wife a scare only to find out he read the results wrong or did not know what he was looking at. To make things worst I had to pay an additional $150 co pay to the hospital including the $50 co pay at urgent care. The Jewish doctor at North Phelps told me straight up stop going to the urgent care in tarrytown because they do not know what they are doing. Now I’m down $200. Never again will I go to this place.
